Euchre should be no different (particularly because Euchre is a much less complex game than Bridge).

Larry Kaplan said during Stella at 20 that no 2600 game should ever require more than 2K, and that the only reason Bridge required 4K was for the AI. He said that 8K was totally excessive. That's a pretty reactionary statement, but given that Kaboom is probably the greatest 2K game in history says something.


Nevertheless, it's clear to me that any board/card game being reduced to 4K is going to require some very clever code-crunching. Chess in particular was very difficult to crunch and was originally going to be the first banked-ROM cart.
