What was the formula used to generate ntscpalette.png? Is there a
PAL/SECAM formula too?
I was going to convert this to Cold Fusion and populate the database
instead of doing the tedious color-picker routine.
After it's in the database it's really easy to generate HTML views of the
data in various styles.
What I have now is a loop from 0 to 255 with a step of 2 and I decode the
byte into color and luminance values.
It will be nice having this and the audio data all together in a database.
