Hrm... Wish I could remember which COMPUTE! issue it was that had an
article on optimizations to speed up common cases with bubble sorts.
They actually had a number of neat tricks, although it began to reach
the point where the algorithm was complicated enough to make it worth
switching to something else entirely.
