If you want to save your money, you should look for an old programmer from
the mid-80s. I have found an EW-704 (from Sunshine Electronics, a company
that went out of business some years ago) for about 15 Euro. It burns many
kinds of eproms from 2716 to 1Mbit eproms. You might need an old PC too,
because it is based on ISA-bus.
