I'm not sure if it's from the same type of console, but the big
PAL ROM collection, that Albert posted a link to recently, contains
ROM images from a 128-in-1 console. I think they were dumped by
soldering out the EPROMs from the console and reading them with an
EPROM programmer. I don't think it is possible to read out the
ROMs with an external cartridge reader like device.
