That's a good question. It probably depends on the color. Somebody would
need to write a demo that alternates each of the colors with black, and then
measure the intensity of the TV screen vs. a demo with a constant color.
Otherwise, one could just look up the persistence of the phosphors used in a
typical color TV CRT. This sounds like a job for Chris Wilkson. ;-)
