Scanline count is crap, and there's a major glitch in frame generation at
the start.  Those things will be fixed once I've reworked the movement limit
code.  Things are a bit tricky, as I've got bankswtching to beware of :)

The animation looks really nice on Z26, but the number of scanlines is too jumpy for my TV to sync at all.
