Pal switching fixed in this one.  This version shows vertical movement of
one mario and horizontal movement of both of them.  It actually doesn't look
that bad... I'm very pleased.  Couldn't have Mario and Luigi AND the
PAL/NTSC switching code, so we have two Marios this time.  In principle the
system will let me display Mario and Luigi, but I don't have enough room in
4K to do this.
