Digikey part 296-9393-5-ND is a 28pin DIP 70ns 32Kx8 NV SRAM
I'm not going to go all out and do bank switching or anything,
just a cart with the NVRAM. Should play most 2K/4K 2600 games,
and (I'm guessing) most 7800 games.
