Fellowship of the Ring, and it looks very professional indeed.
Neither Atari Age nor Packrat insists on an exclusive, or they didn't
with me, so you may want to inquire whether you have to pick one or the

I ordered one of those FOTR carts at CGE! 8) The label and manual look excellent and the game plays great! I will buy from Packrat again. :)
While I don't have a homebrew ready for production( yet ), I would go with both Packrat and AtariAge. It's a chance at reaching a bigger audience than just one or the other.
I can vouch for Jarett at PackratVG. I've met him in person. Great guy! Very professional, as I can tell that he has a passion for the classic gaming world and cares about the products and people.
