Isn't C=15 the same as C=7, except that it operates at CPUclock/114 instead of TIAclock/114? And I think C=7 uses the same LSFR as C=9. But the output is somehow combined with a bit that is alternating at the same speed. I think this is what the "div 2" means that's listed in the table in the Stella programmer's guide.
