Yes, that's the most reliable fit in fact. You have to run the cables
through the shield before you solder them to the video card, but that's
only a minor inconvenience.

Probably won't look horrible. If you keep in mind the suggestions I just
posted for Billy, it can look pretty good within certain limitations.
