Even my very similar 1K games 4-digit display kernels are all
(slightly) different. 

Splatform needs to display remaining lives, in Cave 1K I don't
reposition, so the timing very is different and Crash'n'Dive needs the
display right in the center. For the delay, I don't waste any bytes,
but do some (unnecessarily repeated) setup code.
