You can execute javascript functions from Nemo using the javascript:
statement in the gotoweb block.  I'm working on a project that creates
interaction between flash and nemo on the same webpage.  Using the
proximity detection in NM, when the viewer gets close to an object, it
triggers flash to advance to a certain frame that displays information
about the object.
