RE: [Virtools] Clear Message

George,

1. There are ON/OFF inputs for the Text Display node. You can also use some other container node to send the Text value to the Text Display node [each time sending different text or no text at all].

2. There is a collision and floor manager. You use Attributes for entities to help define the collision system. Examine other files from Swapmeet or Virtools' samples.

3. There is no undo. You can set Initial Conditions for enities in the Level View and revert to them. You must make incremental saves of your .cmo file at important moments.

4. You cannot paste unless you have copied first. Not all things can be pasted. There are drag and drop functions with shift and ctrl keys. See help file under Level View Overview.

Regards,

Rob

Subject: [Virtools] Clear Message

Hi,

I have a few simple questions, please help. I am new to Virtools.

1. How do I clear all the text displayed on the screen by using the "Text Display" Behavior under "Visuals"?
2. Which behavior should I use for the collision between characters?
3. Is there any "UNDO" for Virtools.
4. When I right click the mouse, I can see a menu. There is a "Copy selection", but I don't see any paste function. How do I copy and paste??

Regards,
George
