[Virtools] patch mesh



hello

we tried with max 3.1 and n* to use patch meshes for smooth level of detail.
but an imported patch mesh from max in n* doesn't have a correct mapping,
when
changing the patch steps!

the texture looks chunky, is broken apart

are there work arrounds or a correct implementation in 1.5?
anybody used patches in n* ?
