[Virtools] Problem with web plugin

Hi everyone,
first of all i'm sorry for my bed English!
 
I develop a project for the web with Nemo Dev, i write a behavior using visual c++, it's work great! But the problem there is when i try to view my project in the web! My behavior don't work because when i download and install the web plugin, it not contain my behavior!
What can i do?
Can i install my behavior in the behavior directory when some one visit my page?
 
I have another question, it's possible to create a preload, while i play my project I can download another CMO file and then call it when i finish to view my project
