Hi,

the best would be to adjust the textures in MAX. Because your mapping
coordinates won't fit the bitmaps,  when you use different image aspects.
To get a textured model/character in N* i prefer to export the model with
extern textures from MAX and use the resource (resource/create new data
resource) to use the textures.
