In last years Digital Media World show in London I was promised Version 2.0 creator by Virgile Delporte the Sales Executive as a free upgrade if I bought Nemo 1.0. straight away (and so i bought v1.0)
Now Not only has Creator 2.0 been pulled out and replaced only by the much more expensive Dev version, but Virtools's promise has been completely forgotten about. Where is my free upgrade?

you are one of many many companies trying to get 3d interactive web stuff off the ground, competition is fast catching up and they give out their tools for free.
i believe that Nemo is a superior product, but NOBODY has heard of you. even in the Shows you get the stand next to Discreet and they don't even mention you.
now you've decided to ignore the small studio people who could actually make things by just ignoring them, pulling out your promise of upgrade and pricing things so that it just doesn't compete.
i'm angry that such a cool dev environment is so badly marketed and its getting worse.
be careful, Adobe, Macromedia, Pulse, Cult, WildTangent & many others have bigger budgets and much better marketing than you, they will get known and be used everywhere whilst Nemo will become the Betamax of the 3d and forgotten about.
Come on Virtools, you've been developing your product for far longer than all the others, we all know you can do a great deal more with it, so why are you ignoring your real market?
if nothing changes i'll just cut my loses and go to another developer, i don't really want to but you aren't leaving me much choice.
Maybe this will get through.
