Re: [Virtools] Updated fountain demo

>From my experience, whenever there has been a problem with the Web Player it
has been fixed by:
1) backing up then removing *all* web players from all installations of
Virtools products
2) open IE, delete all offline content (clear the cache)
3) reinstall the web player ( http://player.virtools.com )

If this does not work, then run configinfo.exe on your machine, copy the
contents of the display to an email to support@virtools.com and tell Nicolas
I sent you ;-)
