Wow this could be also a very tricky reason for that displacement. To say, that

this interface hirarchy in depth confused the Behav.Graph in the meaning of
its ref, the FOV of the ref Camera.

But i dont believe this in that case - because all childs have the same Z
(+/-0.001)
position like the parent - this big pointed circle. And this circle is the root
object
of the hirarchy and the front screen element.

So i think your first explanation the "angle error" for the position on mouse
is probable the right one.

do you have checked out the enviromental zoom with the page up and down key
and the interface zoom with your middle and right mouse button?
