[Virtools] Token System



Virtools have introduced a token system as part of their support policy.
The impression I get is that you can email 10 questions free to support then
you must pay to ask more questions.

No I have just paid 4000 Euros for Dev 2.0 that comes with little or no
documentation.  For software that costs this much I expect free support at
least by email if not by telephone.

I have also found out that if I use Dev 2.0 in a commercial application then
I must pay again even for a single use on a kiosk.

I really feel that Virtools are getting too interested in income without
providing any service at all.

What are you other users finding.
