i have seen an online-game made with virtools...but
i think they spend a lot of time programming the multi-player mode. it was
called beyond 2000. is it possible with virtools to share such programming
somebody made (if he wants to share) and use it in virtools without any
programming knowlege? what i mean is...could it be possible to include a kind of
multi-player behavior in virtools somebody programmed...or as plug-in? like the
physics-pack...
to keith:
thanx for your idea, but what i would need is an
online-game-like environment or just over lan. using 2 players on the same
computer doesn't help.
thanx

virtools is one of the most innovative tools i have
ever seen. imagine what you can do with it. i really would like to see it
as an internet standard for 3d. why don't you finish the mac player? i am a
windows-user, but the problem is that the most web-design companies work with
mac. they set the standard...like they did with flash. and macromedia doesn't
sleep...i know a lot of people that directly would go and buy your nice prog and
a pc to use it when they see it running on their mac.
good luck
