[Virtools] Set mouse position dll

Hello all, 
there was a request on theswapmeet forum for a way to position the mouse cursor.
I recently made a dll that does this, so here it is attached to this mail.

Just put the mouse.dll file in your buildingblocks directory.
The next time you start Dev you'll see a "Set mouse pos" bb listed under Controllers\Mouse.
The bb works in screen coordinates.
