I'll put you in contact with our friends and colleagues at Softimage,
and tell them that you're looking for a downloadable version of their
product. They will surely be honored by your interest in their software.
Too bad that your interest won't pay their bills all by itself. We would
be living in a wonderful world, wouldn't we?

Anyway, in the future, I hope you have the decency to avoid such
requests on the official user group mailing list of a software vendor...
