Note that isn't the final form of the namespace and so your sheet will
not work with any xsl system that matches the xslt 1.0 recommendation.

xsl stylesheets should start:

<xsl:stylesheet xmlns:xsl="http://www.w3.org/1999/XSL/Transform";
                version="1.0"
