My thinking is: if I use an attribute
on "chapter" to form the HTML page name,
if you want to link to the id given by the ref attribute of the current
node and know that the result will be in
a file determined by the `file' attribute of chapter ancestor of that
node, you can use something like
<a href="{id{@ref}/ancestor-or-self::chapter/@file}.html#{@ref}">
