XML reporting tool ?

Is there any reporting tool that can read a XML stream, and allow the user to build custom reports ( in HTML ). The user will choose the attributes/elements he wants to report on ( as a HTML table ), specify one or more conditions based on which the data is extracted. All this without writing any XSL ? ie Purely GUI driven.
