Use

   <xsl:value-of select="content" disable-output-escaping="yes"/>

When I execute the instruction: <xsl:value-of select="content"> in my
xsl file, which is a variable field, the character < is substituted by
&lt; and the character > is substituted by &gt; and I want the original
characters.
