What version of the MSXML parser are you using? It looks as if you are using the IE5 version.... If so, upgrade to MSXML3, and use the following prog_id: "MSXML2.FreeThreadedDOMDocument" Don't ask why they call it MSXML version 3 and then use MSXML2 in the progid. <xsl:copy> was not supported in the Dec 98 release.
