MSXML 3.0 XSLT preview barfs at åäö

Okaaaaay, so I've installed the latest preview release and converted my
stylesheets to xslt, but it seems
the processor crashes if I use any of the characters åäö... do you have to
declare the charset somewhere with XSLT?
