Subject: Xalan to transform only selected elements of XML From: "P. DEXTER" <jishow@xxxxxxxxx> Date: Tue, 30 May 2000 11:32:24 -0700 (PDT) |
A NewBee question: I am using Xalan - XSLT stylesheet processors, in Java. I have XML with a few elements. When I am applying a .XSL file for transformation, I want to remove a few elements. In other words, I want only some of the elements of XML to get transformmed. It seems that even *with* and *without* following lines in .XSL file <xsl:template match="/"> <xsl:apply-templates/> </xsl:template> the value of all the elements are getting transformeed into resulting transformmed file. So the question is: Using Xalan how can I transform only selected elements and not all? I would appreciate any quick help and/or work around. __________________________________________________ Do You Yahoo!? Kick off your party with Yahoo!
