This means: If you, fool, have an unreasonable mail program, your opinion is
uninteresting for clever mail-list readers.
Would be the change in "replays... policy" a reasonable ground for management of
 firm I work for to replace standard software?

Once upon a time I considered such a policy comfortable and useful.
