Subject: RE: Passing a param to a stylesheet using MSXML3 From: huw.parker@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx Date: Thu, 24 Aug 2000 09:43:08 +0100 |
Use an instance of MSXML.DOMDocument to load your stylesheet.
set objDOM=CreateObject("MSXML.DOMDocument")
objDOM.async=false
objDOM.load styleFile
then select the node and set the value
set paramNode=objDOM.selectSingleNode("//xsl:param[@name='reason']")
paramNode.text = reason
You will then need to apply this to your xml file - use TransformNode on another instance of MSXML.DOMDocument loaded with your xml, passing the objDOM as the parameter.
Hope this helps
Cheers
