How would a (what is now called a) result-tree-fragment
interact with the key() function?
key('keyname', 'string') "[...] returns a node-set containing
the nodes *in the same document as the context node* that
have a value for the named key [...]" [12.2 "Keys"].
If the context node came from a template instantiation,
what document does it belong to?
