No, XSLT doesn't support this kind of information retrieval. - it doesn't support building free text indexes - it doesn't recognize the concept of a document collection - it doesn't have query operators to do things like phrase and proximity searching - it can only select a node-set that matches a query precisely, not rank nodes according to the closeness of match.
