Hi Matthew,

Here's how to do it:

<xsl:stylesheet version="1.0"
<xsl:output method="xml" omit-xml-declaration="yes"/>
  <xsl:template match="/times">
      <xsl:apply-templates  select="time">
        <xsl:sort data-type="number"
	<xsl:sort data-type="number" select="substring-after(@value,':')"/>
  <xsl:template match="/ | @* | node()">
      <xsl:apply-templates  select="@* | node()"/>
