[xsl] Finding element with min value in multiple files

How do I find max or min value of a given element in multiple files?

Let's say I have repliesList.xml which contains list of files I want to scan
(value of  Replies/File )
Each of these files has Document/Cost element

What would be a transformation to find the min value of all Cost nodes?
