see the examples in the SDK, but something like,
var xslTemplate = new ActiveXObject("MSXML2.XSLTemplate.3.0");
xslTemplate.stylesheet=xsl.documentElement;
var xslProc = xslTemplate.createProcessor();
xslProc.addParameter("chunkid", "chapter1" );
xslProc.transform();
where your stylesheet has a parameter chunkid specified by
<xsl:param name="chunkid"/>
