No, just the same that I should have explained in more detail ;=) ...
Your schema element will belong to the schema namespace and this must be
expressed in your XPath: (assuming that the schema namespace has been
assign to the prefix "foo")
<xsl:for-each select="$topschemafile/foo:schema">
