BTW: if you really want *all* nodes of a document (no matter of XML
source or stylesheet), you should select
/ | //node() | //@* | //namespace::*
I think particularly the namespace nodes increases the number of nodes
significant (once declared in some element every child element has its
own namespace node for this namespace).
