It seems that the GedcomParser issued with the download for the book no
longer works with current Saxon releases. Saxon is being stricter about
setting the namespace properties for the parser. Lou, I'll send you an
updated version of the GedcomParser, and I'll try to get it fixed on the
Wrox site. Thanks for informing me, and sorry about the delay in getting
round to the problem.
