Hello Bikash,

before i comment on anything in your code, i notice that your XSLT namespace
is wrong.

replace your xsl namespace with

xmlns:xsl="http://www.w3.org/1999/XSL/Transform";

check it out the explanation at  www.netcrucible.com

once u have done this, then u are using XSLT, not M$ specific code.
