well you could mis out
namespaceURI="{namespace-uri()}
for those nodes that don't have a namespace uri.
(/, processing-instruction, comment, text, namespace)
and you could miss out
localName="{local-name()}"
for those nodes that don't have a name at all
(/, comment, text)

a match pattern of node() should match namespace nodes, but probably
it's easier to use for-each, as you have done.
