Due to some shared ancestory some of the commands have similar names, but even then they often do different things. So it doesn't make sense to try to list individual commands that do or do not work. Microsoft distribute a stylesheet that will go a long way towards translating an stylesheet in the old IE5 language into XSLT, maybe you should try that.
