RE: [xsl] Date Comparison using ">=" and "<=" doesn't work - WHY! ?!?

His XPath expression was submitted from JavaScript or something similar, not
from an XSLT stylesheet. So XML escaping of "<" and ">" isn't needed and
won't work.
