The DOM tree being passed is identical to the Steamsource being input (we have written it out to check). The only difference that we can see is that one is a DOMSource and the other is a Streamsource. ---------------------- Forwarded by Irene Hall/STANDARD LIFE ASSURANCE COMPANY on 16/04/2002 09:10 --------------------------- <jd@xxxxxxxxxxxxxx>@lists.mulberrytech.com> on 12/04/2002 13:51:35 Please respond to <xsl-list@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx> Sent by: <owner-xsl-list@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx> To: <xsl-list@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx> cc: Subject: Re: [xsl] DOMSource into stylesheet with namespaces You could check if the DOM tree passed with the DOMSource really contains the correct namespace information- Maybe the DOM element nodes only store the local names without namespace uris, for instance if you have built the tree with a non namespace aware parser. regards, Johannes At 12:42 12.04.2002 +0100, you wrote: >We are using xalan to do an xsl transform.
