Re: [xsl] Performance Issue using call-template..

The template selected by xsl:apply-templates is determined at runtime by testing the match patterns of the various templates against the context node, whereas the the template selected by call-template is known at stylesheet-parse-time. Therefore xsl:call-template should work faster.
