thank you all I must be doing something retarded then this is the XSL file "test.xsl" <xsl:stylesheet version="1.0" xmlns:xsl="xmlns:xsl="http://www.w3.org/1999/XSL/Transform"> <xsl:template match="/"> <html> <body> <script language="Javascript"> <![CDATA[ if ( 1 < 1 ) { document.write("passed") } else { document.write("failed") } ]]> </script> </body> </html> ... .. .... ... </xsl:template> </xsl:stylesheet> AND this is the XML file member.xml <?xml version="1.0" encoding="ISO-8859-1" ?> <?xml-stylesheet type="text/xsl" href="test.xsl"?> <Member> <blah> </blah> </Member> when i want to load this file I just load up my browser and type in http://blahblah/member.xml i am probably doing something extrememly retarded, but it still does not work thank you all XSL-List info and archive: http://www.mulberrytech.com/xsl/xsl-list
