'Cp1252' is not a registered charset name. The list is here:
http://www.iana.org/assignments/character-sets
or
http://www.iana.org/assignments/charset-reg/index.htm

Thanks a lot, the correct name was "windows-1252". I keep that URL in my bookmarks...
